 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping of Cosmetic Products

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to sender, any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

 


Delays or Non-Delivery

In accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, we are committed to delivering products within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation.

 

If this deadline is unjustifiably exceeded, the customer is entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
